Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Iron Teahouse, we are committed to offering flexible subscription options while maintaining fairness and transparency.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your Iron Teahouse account and adjusting your subscription settings, or

  • Contacting our support team at admin@ironteahouse.com

Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all membership content and resources until that date.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Access continues until the 14th of the next month.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your 12-month subscription period.

Refunds of Subscription

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, no refunds or credits are issued for unused time after cancellation. This includes:

  • Partial months in progress

  • Remaining time on annual subscriptions

Refunds may still apply only where required under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. for defective services).

Membership Access Post-Cancellation

Once the billing cycle ends, your access to members-only content, downloads, and subscriber benefits will cease. We recommend downloading any permitted materials before your access expires.

Refunds of Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including e-books and downloadable content, are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds or exchanges will be provided once a product has been purchased, except as required under Australian Consumer Law for defective or non-conforming goods.
