Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 28 April 2025

Welcome to Iron Teahouse

By accessing or using our digital products, subscriptions, or coaching services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which comply with Australian Consumer Law and relevant NSW legislation. Please review them carefully.

1. About Us

Iron Teahouse provides business coaching, consultancy, and digital resources—including e-books, templates, and subscription content—to support entrepreneurs and business owners with education, strategic development, and growth. All services are delivered in accordance with applicable consumer protections under Australian law.

2. Digital Products: E-books, DIY Kits, downloadable content

Purchases of Digital Products:

All sales of digital products, including e-books and downloadable content, are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds or exchanges will be provided once a product has been purchased, except as required under Australian Consumer Law for defective or non-conforming goods.

Use of Digital Products:

While we encourage sharing resources for collaborative learning, Iron Teahouse discourages resale or redistribution for profit. Our digital products are not password protected or copy-restricted, and we rely on client integrity to respect the usage rights.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our content is accurate, free from error, and virus-free. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • The information is entirely current, accurate, or complete; or

  • Any download is free from viruses or other damaging elements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any business tools does not expose your system to viruses, malware, or other harmful interference.

No Legal or Financial Advice:

The content provided in our e-books and digital products is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, financial, or professional advice. Iron Teahouse disclaims any responsibility for actions or decisions made based on the information provided.

3. Business Coaching and Consultancy Services

Quotes:

All coaching and consultancy services will be provided following an initial consultation. A formal quote and service agreement will be offered for review and acceptance before services commence. The quote is valid for the period specified within the quote, ensuring transparency regarding the scope, pricing, and expectations.

Agreements:

Coaching or consultancy projects will be governed by a Service Agreements outlining the deliverables, payment terms, and project-specific obligations. Customers are encouraged to review these terms carefully before engaging in services.

No Guarantees:

While Iron Teahouse aims to support business growth, we do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes are influenced by many factors, and decisions and their consequences remain the responsibility of the customer. Iron Teahouse will not be liable for any actions or results stemming from the advice provided.

Financial Forecasting:

Where business plans or materials involve financial forecasting, Iron Teahouse will outsource this service to a certified financial professional. The professional will provide the forecasting in compliance with relevant financial services regulations. This will be clearly disclosed to the customer and distinguished from general coaching or consultancy services.

Any financial advice or forecasting provided by the certified professional will comply with the relevant Australian financial services regulations and will be governed by the professional’s own terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of the involvement of a certified professional before the service is provided, and it will be explicitly stated in the associated Service Agreement.

4. Subscription Services

Tiered Membership Plans:

Iron Teahouse offers a subscription service with multiple membership tiers. Members may upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time through their account settings.

  • Pro-rata Billing: Payment for the first billing period is calculated on a pro-rata basis from the commencement date to the next standard billing date (15th of the month).

  • Ongoing Billing: Thereafter, billing occurs on the 15th of each month for monthly plans, or annually on the anniversary of the subscription start date for yearly plans.

  • Annual Discount: Yearly subscriptions receive a 20% discount when paid upfront.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are set by default to automatically renew annually. Clients may opt out of renewal at any time via their account settings.

  • A renewal notification will be issued at least 14 days prior to the final billing period of the current term.

Cancellation:

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial or unused periods following cancellation. Clients retain access to their subscription content until the end of the active billing cycle.

Downgrading Plans:

When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of the next full calendar month. The current month’s charges will not be reimbursed or prorated.
